DescriptionFor a beginner, walking into a SIGGRAPH is a very intimidating experience. There is so much to see and so much to do. But, how to navigate? This course is for them! It is like a “pre-course” in that it is more fundamental than any other introductory activities. Navigate away!
Prerequisites I propose that the Whirlwind course be free and open to anyone, with or without a registration: attendees, friends of attendees, family members, exhibitors, etc. The goal is to make SIGGRAPH more understandable and enjoyable, no matter who you are. This will be especially good for novice attendees and educators of all levels.
