DescriptionIn Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Encanto,” Mirabel discovers remnants of her Uncle Bruno's visions. Developing the look and lighting for these shards required close collaboration between multiple departments to create a unique holographic effect. This talk covers the creative approaches and collaborative processes that brought this effect to the screen.
