DescriptionCLO VIRTUAL FASHION is the leading software company in 3D Clothing Design. Our pattern-based
applications feature innovative and intuitive tools and the most realistic cloth simulation available. Join
our team and grow with us in a company centered around the ideals of open communication and mutual
support! If you love clothing, video games, animation, or all three – this is an excellent opportunity to
work directly with some of the biggest names in games and animation while collaboratively solving
problems and improving client experiences.
THIS POSITION IS INTEGRAL TO THE TEAM AND WILL BE BASED IN LOS ANGELES - ONLY LOCAL
APPLICANTS OR THOSE WILLING TO RELOCATE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Job Responsibilities:
● Provide business support and manage inbound enterprise inquiries (training provided)
● Assist with software authentication and network installation problems (training provided)
● Cooperate and communicate with global teams in multiple time zones via video calls, slack and
email
● Join calls with clients to improve understanding of their needs and coordinate solutions
● Analyze business information and share thoughts
● Work closely with US Team Lead
● Occasionally travel for work (once air travel is safe)
Job Requirements:
● AWARENESS OF OR SOME DEGREE OF EXPOSURE TO OUR SOFTWARE

● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● A strong interest in video games or animation
● A sociable personality and patience in assisting/directing clients
● Sales, technical support, customer support, or quality assurance experience (1-2 years)
Nice to Have (but not mandatory):
● Experience with 3D modeling, animation or other games/animation industry experience
● Fluency in Spanish or Korean
