DescriptionAffine body dynamics (ABD) efficiently simulate highly stiff objects. By replacing the rigidity constraint with a big stiffness penalty, ABD avoids expensive rigid CCD and brings orders of magnitude performance gains, i.e., two- to three-order on the CPU and an order more utilizing the GPU over prior IPC-based methods.
