DescriptionWe extend basic shadow mapping with a compact and efficient neural post-process to synthesize fast, high-quality hard and soft shadows. Our results are visually similar to more expensive ray-traced and denoised interactive approaches, operating closer to the performance profile of common shadow mapping extensions.
