DescriptionGiven an input 3D geometry, we generate a watertight surface triangle mesh that strictly encloses the input. The algorithm proceeds by refining and carving a 3D Delaunay triangulation with empty alpha-balls. Alpha controls the size of cavities that cannot be carved, while offset controls the margin to the input.
