DescriptionAiming to close the loop of touch sensation in AR/VR, we introduce a fabric-reinforced soft pneumatic actuator suitable for haptic clothing interfaces. We present the manufacturing process for programmable inflation of the actuator; simulation of inflated, multi-material, hyperelastic membranes; and functional garments tested on a user.
