DescriptionManaging, processing, and visualizing health data presents many challenges, data privacy and other constraints related to this information need a new way to process and retain data.
EBRAINS 3D atlases for the human, rat, and mouse brains, are designed to explore brain regions in an interactive 3D viewer in microscopic detail and discover related multimodal data features from the EBRAINS Knowledge Graph.
In this special interest group, we will discuss challenges related to building such platforms and how we have been developing EBRAINS Brain Atlases and Knowledge Graph.
EBRAINS comprises more than 140 European research organizations.
