Sebastian Grassia is a Lead Engineer at Pixar Animation Studios, having joined the studio's R&D group in 2000. After working on animation tools, application framework, and core engineering, he led the pipeline team that helped transition Pixar to a cache-based pipeline. Most recently, he has led the USD team since its inception in 2012.
