Matt Cross comes from rural Canterbury. He grew up on a farm that produced sheep for wool and meat. Matt had always been creative; from a young age he had begun creating short stop motion Claymation animations. This passion for Modeling and Animation grew and he found himself creating and animating 3D robots in programs like Maya and Blender. Matt finally developed this passion into a Master’s degree in Animation, focusing on Motion Capture and Motion Editing as well as traditional keyframe animation.
