Yi-Ching CHEN received Bachelor in Science (B.S.) at Biology, Tunghai University, Taiwan and Master in Arts (M.A.) at Media Study, at SUNY Buffalo (SUNY),USA. She has more than 20 years experience in festival programming , was founder of TIAF ( Taiwan International Animation Festival and Taichung International Animation Festival. ), organized animation programs for Macau, Shanghai, Montreal, and Annecy as “Welcome to Taiwan“. She has been working as producer for animation shorts and film project, invited as juries for film festival as well as consultants for art institutes in Taiwan. She is the founder and producer of Zero One Film which is MOU partner of Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA). First production, Gold Fish which has been selected more than 30 international festivals and won Best animation short at the 2019 Golden Horse Award which is considered as the Chinese Oscars. Currently, There are some projects in preproduction. a long feature animation film, A Mighty Adventure which has been selected in 2019 The Golden Horse Film Project Promotion (FPP), mini-series The Invisible which has published comic books, , as well as VR project, Red Tail which has been selected in Cannes XR 2022.
