Peter Nye has been a Tool Builder at Pixar for 35 years. In the early days of Pixar, he worked on the CAPS system for computerizing Ink and Paint for Disney animation, which won an Academy Scientific and Engineering Award. Since then he has worked primarily on providing tools for managing films.
