Dr. Juan (Jane) Cao is an associate professor at the School of Mathematical Sciences, Xiamen University. She received her B.S. degree in Information and Computing Science from the Department of Mathematics, Fuzhou University, in June 2004. She received her Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Zhejiang University under the supervision of Prof. Guozhao Wang, in June 2009. During Oct. 2007 and Oct. 2008, she was a visiting scholar at the Department of Computer Science, The State University of New York at Stony Brook (Stony Brook University), under the supervision of Prof. Hong Qin. During Sept. 2017 and Sept. 2018, she was a visiting scholar at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University.
